Hello, I'm a filmmaker from North Carolina based in LA.

In 2015, I co-founded Effie Studios, an LA-based production studio, where I'm currently a director and managing partner.
​
I've directed scripted content for the Alien and X-Men franchises, as well as commercial projects for Amazon, Call of Duty, Netflix, GMC and the NFL.
My path to directing ran through post-production, first as an assistant to Pietro Scalia, then motion designer, then visual effects. This led to virtual production, real time animation and AI. I've worked on global campaigns as both a creative director and a technical director.
My directing work tends to be story driven, tech forward and human centered, leaning at times into myth, fable, tall tale and outright balderdash.​​​​​​
